Valrath's Staff is a boss drop only -- it cannot be crafted. You must defeat Valrath in combat to claim this weapon.

Lava Beam

The staff fires a devastating lava beam that scorches everything in its path. This ranged attack makes it excellent for keeping distance from dangerous enemies while dealing significant fire damage.

Beacon Power Source

Valrath's Staff is required to power the beacon used to initiate the fight against Rhaegos, the Corrupted Dragon. Without this staff, you cannot progress to the final boss encounter. This makes defeating Valrath a mandatory milestone in your adventure.

• The 2-second cooldown between shots means you need to make each beam count. Time your attacks carefully.
• Keep this staff safe in your inventory even after you have better weapons -- you will need it to fight Rhaegos.
